How long does it take for Bramm to complete my design?

It depends. The design process is not considered fast, nor should it be. Once you complete the free Discovery Call and agree to work together, Bramm can complete your design as fast as 2 weeks, and as long as 6 weeks+, depending on the size of your design project, and his work load, and he will communicate this to you at the time of the Discovery Call.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your design needs. If you are looking to do a small area of your yard or patio space, it can be $500 - $1000+. If you are wanting to do a larger, full-property landscape / hardscape plan, it can range from $3,500 - $20,000+, depending on the size of your property and the scope of your design. If you are doing a site plan, master plan or landscape plan for a commercial property, farm, campus, downtown, etc., it can range from $5,000 to much higher. Again, it all depends on the scope of work. Please use these numbers as a guide or approximation, as each and every design is different and requires it’s own process and time to complete.

Can I connect with Bramm in person, instead of virtually?

Yes, but it depends on your location, his schedule, and the impact on travel from the current Pandemic / Covid-19 situation. Typically, Bramm travels all over as part of his work, but has been doing more work over virtual calls., which has been working great. Email him on the Contact Page to ask him specific questions about this, or Schedule a free Discovery (ZOOM) Call to discuss this in more detail.

Is Bramm a licensed Landscape Architect?

Yes. Bramm completed his BS in landscape architecture from an accredited university program (West Virginia University-Let’s Goooooo Mountaineers!) He took and passed the state board exams (kinda like what civil engineers and architects have to do) and is currently licensed to do landscape architectural site plan work in Maryland and Michigan, but can do landscape design and other design work professionally and ethically all over the world. If you have a site plan that requires a licensed landscape architect, and you are in another state, Bramm can more than likely attain the state license through an application or reciprocity process - this could be considered depending on your project.
